This Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Skin & Glory Sweet Treats (“Company”) and the undersigned Ambassador (“Ambassador”).
By signing below, the Ambassador agrees to the following terms and expectations.
1. PURPOSE OF THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
* Share faith-based self-care, confidence, and encouragement
* Promote products with honesty and integrity
* Build a positive, uplifting community
* Create opportunities for personal growth and extra income
* Ambassadors represent both the brand and the mission.
2. AMBASSADOR STATUS
* Ambassadors are independent participants and not employees of Skin & Glory Sweet Treats.
* Ambassadors are responsible for their own schedules, promotion methods, and activity levels.
* Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, partnership, or joint venture status.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
* Ambassadors may earn 20% commission per item sold through their personal referral link or approved tracking method.
* The referral link is the official method used to track all ambassador commissions.
* No customer discounting is permitted unless officially approved by the Company.
* Commission payouts are issued only when total earned commissions reach $50 or more.
* Payout timing and method are determined by Skin & Glory Sweet Treats.
4. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
* Ambassadors are responsible for tracking and reporting their own income.
* Taxes are not withheld from commission payments.
* Required tax forms may be issued in accordance with IRS guidelines and yearly earnings thresholds.
5. BRAND REPRESENTATION
* Represent Skin & Glory Sweet Treats with honesty, kindness, and professionalism
* Uphold faith-centered values in speech, content, and behavior
* Avoid misleading claims or negative conduct that could harm the brand
* Promote products in a respectful and encouraging manner
* Failure to uphold these standards may result in removal from the program.
6. EVENTS, POP-UPS, AND LIVE SALES
* Ambassadors may participate in pop-up shops or marketplace events
* Community outreach opportunities
* Live social media promotions (including TikTok Live)
* Participation is voluntary and based on availability and approval.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
* This Agreement begins on the signing date below.
* Either the Ambassador or Skin & Glory Sweet Treats may end participation at any time with written notice.
* Any earned commissions prior to termination remain subject to the $50 minimum payout rule and must be tracked through the official referral link.
8. PHOTO, VIDEO, AND TESTIMONIAL PERMISSION
* Permission is granted to share photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing or promotional use
* Ambassador participation may be featured on social media, website, or printed materials
* No additional compensation is required unless agreed in writing.
9. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
* I have read and understand this Agreement
* I agree to follow the ambassador guidelines and expectations
* I understand the 20% commission per item sold, referral link tracking requirement, and $50 minimum payout rule
* I desire to represent Skin & Glory Sweet Treats with faith, integrity, and excellence
